Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling with precision
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and power tools

- Maintain organized job sites through efficient waste management and equipment maintenance
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial construction experience
- Valid O-10 certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement calculation skills
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with zero tolerance for safety violations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
