Responsibilities
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) per project specifications
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up scaffolding
- Follow blueprints and instructions from site supervisors precisely
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and regulations
- Assist skilled tradespersons (carpenters, masons, electricians) as needed
- Perform site cleanup and waste management daily
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience required
- Valid O-10 certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Basic math skills for material measurements and calculations
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
