Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with OSHA compliance
- Install/assemble structural components (concrete, steel, framing)
- Maintain safety protocols and equipment daily
- Collaborate with skilled trades on complex builds
- Complete project documentation and quality checks
Qualifications
- 3+ years construction labor experience required
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in extreme conditions
- Proficiency with power tools and blueprints
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Tucson-based residency required
