Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic tools and equipment safely under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and cleanup
- Learn blueprint reading and construction fundamentals
- Support team members in completing project milestones
Qualifications

- Reliable transportation to job sites
