Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, demolition, and site preparation tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints with technical accuracy
- Operate power tools (jackhammers, saws, drills) and heavy machinery
- Install and finish concrete structures, foundations, and frameworks
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain site cleanliness
- Collaborate with tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters)
- Perform material handling and inventory management
Qualifications
- 3+ years commercial/residential construction experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Proficiency with power tools and construction machinery
- Basic blueprint reading skills
