Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling with precision
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work zones
- Assist carpenters and masons with layout and assembly tasks
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Inspect and maintain tools/equipment daily
- Complete daily progress reports and time logs
Qualifications
- 3+ years commercial construction labor experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Basic blueprint reading knowledge
- Drug-free workplace compliance
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
