Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools and construction equipment
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and demolition
- Maintain clean, organized work areas per OSHA standards
- Support skilled tradespeople on complex builds
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions precisely
- Complete daily safety inspections and documentation
Qualifications
- 2+ years construction labor experience required
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of concrete, framing, and finishing processes
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
