Responsibilities
- Execute precise construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and framing
- Operate heavy machinery (skid steers, excavators) with safety compliance
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings for accurate implementation
- Maintain organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with carpenters, masons, and electricians on integrated projects
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance and compliance
- Complete daily progress reports and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial/residential construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency with power tools (saws, drills, nail guns)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Class B CDL license preferred (equipment operation)
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Cleveland metro area
