Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, circuits, and fixtures in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to ensure accurate installation.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify safety hazards and code violations.
- Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Educate clients on proper energy usage and electrical safety practices.
- Collaborate with project managers to meet strict deadlines and budget constraints.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License in the state of California required.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to work in various environments, including heights and confined spaces.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
