Responsibilities
- Execute precise construction tasks including concrete pouring, framing, and finish carpentry
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) and power tools safely
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional trade teams
- Perform quality control checks and material inventory management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction experience in commercial/residential projects
- Valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred
- Proficiency in operating jackhammers, saws, and power tools
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor environments
- Strong understanding of building codes and safety protocols
- Drug-free workplace - pre-employment screening required
