Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, grading, and concrete pouring operations
- Install and finish drywall, framing, and roofing systems
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with OSHA standards
- Assist in site preparation, cleanup, and waste management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
