Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools safely under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including framing, drywall installation, and cleanup.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and adhere to safety regulations (OSHA).
- Perform basic measurements and calculations for projects.
- Signal operators to aid in the movement of materials.
- Perform general manual labor as required by the project supervisor.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
