Responsibilities
- Execute skilled labor tasks including framing, concrete pouring, and finish carpentry
- Operate heavy machinery (forklifts, excavators) with OSHA certification
- Read blueprints and technical schematics accurately
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain clean work sites
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and project managers
- Perform quality checks on completed work per industry standards
- Manage material inventory and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Proficiency with power tools (saws, drills, grinders)
- Basic blueprint reading and math skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
