Responsibilities
- Execute diverse construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and framing
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts, power tools) with precision
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications accurately
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and site regulations
- Collaborate with skilled trades (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) for seamless project execution
- Perform material handling and inventory management efficiently
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on construction experience in commercial/residential projects
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Class B CDL license or ability to secure within 90 days of hire
- Proficiency with power tools and construction equipment (concrete saws, drills, etc.)
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement calculation skills
- Strong teamwork ethic and ability to follow verbal/written instructions
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality required
