Responsibilities
- Execute precise site preparation, excavation, and concrete pouring tasks
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with OSHA-certified proficiency
- Install and maintain scaffolding, formwork, and structural frameworks
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and quality assurance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex commercial/residential builds
- Perform equipment maintenance and site cleanup duties
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction experience required
- Valid OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification
- Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Expertise in reading blueprints and technical schematics
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Proficiency with power tools and measurement instruments
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork capabilities
