Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery safely
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with precision tasks
- Maintain clean, organized job sites with OSHA compliance
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Install temporary structures and safety barriers
- Participate in daily toolbox meetings and quality checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction/labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Strong mechanical aptitude with tools/equipment
- Reliable transportation to job sites
