Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, grading, and concrete pouring operations
- Safely operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, forklifts)
- Install/finish structural elements (framing, drywall, roofing)
- Perform site preparation and cleanup protocols
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Adhere to OSHA and Louisiana construction regulations
- Maintain equipment calibration and safety standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years commercial/residential construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Valid Louisiana driver's license
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- Blueprint reading proficiency
- Heavy equipment operation credentials
- Pass background/drug screening
- Welding/masonry certification preferred
