Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pours, framing, and finishing tasks with precision
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy equipment safely
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accuracy
- Maintain job site safety standards and OSHA compliance
- Coordinate with foreman and tradespeople for seamless workflow
- Perform material handling and site cleanup protocols
- Document progress and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- 2+ years commercial construction experience required
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Ability to lift 75 lbs repeatedly and work in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for material calculations
- Willingness to pass background check and drug screening
- Evening availability (6 PM - 4 AM, 4 days/week)
