Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and concrete finishing tasks with precision
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, bulldozers, and forklifts safely
- Install framing, roofing, and structural components according to blueprints
- Perform quality checks on completed work and maintain site safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
- Manage material inventory and maintain organized job sites
- Adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on construction experience required
- Valid OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Proficiency with power tools (saws, drills, nail guns) and hand tools
- Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and schematics
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Class A or B CDL license a significant advantage
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
