Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including concrete pouring, framing, and demolition with precision
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently
- Read blueprints and follow technical specifications for project accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with skilled trades (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) for seamless workflow
- Inspect completed work for quality compliance and report issues promptly
Qualifications
- 2+ years of construction/labor experience in residential/commercial projects
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency with tools: saws, drills, levels, and excavators
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
