Responsibilities
- Execute precise site preparation and earthwork operations
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, forklifts) with OSHA compliance
- Install/assemble structural components (forms, scaffolding, rebar)
- Perform concrete finishing and masonry assistance
- Read blueprints and technical schematics accurately
- Maintain OSHA safety protocols and site cleanliness
- Collaborate with cross-functional trades teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years commercial/residential construction experience
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required
- Valid Class B CDL or ability to obtain within 60 days
- Expertise in power tools and hand equipment
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in extreme weather
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills
- Drug-free workplace compliance
