Responsibilities
- Execute residential and commercial construction tasks with precision
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely (excavators, saws, drills)
- Read blueprints and follow technical specifications
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with carpenters, masons, and other trades
- Perform site preparation and finishing work
Qualifications
- 2+ years construction experience required
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong attention to safety protocols
- Willingness to work flexible hours
