Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup duties
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (e.g., saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials up to 50 lbs
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain productivity
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to supervisors
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods
