Responsibilities
- Execute skilled labor tasks including concrete pouring, framing, masonry, and demolition with precision
- Operate and maintain heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts, saws) following OSHA protocols
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Ensure project sites remain safe, clean, and compliant with industry regulations
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and other trades to meet deadlines
- Perform site preparation, grading, and material handling as required
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction experience in skilled trades
- Valid OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency with power tools and construction equipment
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow complex instructions
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred
- Clean driving record and valid Class B CDL (or willingness to obtain)
