Responsibilities
- Execute skilled carpentry, masonry, and concrete work with precision
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely (excavators, forklifts, saws)
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to execute project specifications
- Collaborate with contractors and team members on complex builds
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Perform material estimation and inventory management
- Assist in framing, roofing, and finishing tasks as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial/residential construction experience
- Valid North Carolina driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and construction equipment
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
