Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial/residential electrical systems
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and OSHA standards
- Diagnose electrical faults using diagnostic tools and testing equipment
- Collaborate with contractors and clients for project execution
- Train junior electricians on best practices and safety protocols
- Manage inventory and order electrical materials as needed
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio State Electrical License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise in residential, commercial, and industrial systems
- Familiarity with energy-efficient installations and smart home technology
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
