Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and material handling
- Operate heavy machinery safely (excavators, forklifts, etc.)
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and other trades
- Prepare job sites and ensure proper equipment maintenance
- Assist in quality control and project documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-Hour certification required
- Valid Washington State driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong blueprint interpretation skills
- Experience with concrete finishing and rebar
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- WA flagger certification preferred
