Responsibilities
- Execute precise site preparation, excavation, and concrete pouring
- Install and maintain scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers
- Operate heavy machinery including forklifts, excavators, and jackhammers
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics with accuracy
- Conduct quality assurance inspections and documentation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and other trades professionals
Qualifications
- 3+ years verified construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Proficiency with power tools and hand equipment
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills
- Drug-free workplace compliance
- Emergency First Aid/CPR certification preferred
