Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and structural framing
- Operate heavy machinery (forklifts, excavators) with precision and safety compliance
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure project specifications are met
- Perform site preparation, material handling, and debris removal
- Collaborate with tradespeople to maintain workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Complete daily progress reports and quality checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Experience with power tools and construction equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid driver's license preferred
