Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pouring, finishing, and curing procedures
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Assist carpenters with framing, roofing, and finishing work
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and land clearing
- Read blueprints and follow technical specifications
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA standards

Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on construction experience
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
