Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and framing
- Operate heavy machinery (backhoes, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Maintain site safety protocols and OSHA compliance
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and other trades
- Inspect materials for quality and compliance
- Complete daily project documentation and reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme conditions
- Proficiency with power tools and heavy equipment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- California-specific certifications preferred
