Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy machinery (skid steers, forklifts)
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling and installation
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions for precise construction execution
- Perform quality checks on completed work to meet project specifications
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience or trade school certification
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurement and calculation
- Strong teamwork ethic and clear communication abilities
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
