Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling
- Operate power tools and machinery safely under supervision
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions for precise task execution
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment and adhere to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
- Report safety hazards and maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Willingness to travel to Texas job sites as needed
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided if needed)
