Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and material handling on active construction sites
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with daily tasks
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow OSHA safety protocols
- Read blueprints and follow verbal instructions from site supervisors
- Demolish structures and prepare sites for new construction phases
- Transport materials using carts, dollies, and forklifts (certification provided)
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial construction experience
- Valid OSHA 10-Hour Construction Certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in all weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
