- Execute construction tasks including concrete pouring, framing, and material handling
- Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely per OSHA standards
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
- Report safety hazards and maintain compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Flexibility for overtime and weekend shifts
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided)
