Responsibilities
- Execute structural concrete pours and finishing
- Install and finish drywall, framing, and cabinetry
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) safely
- Perform demolition and site cleanup per OSHA standards
- Read blueprints and technical schematics accurately
- Coordinate with subcontractors on multi-trade projects
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance
Qualifications
- 3+ years commercial/residential construction experience
- Valid OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Class B CDL license preferred
- Ability to lift 75 lbs repeatedly and work in all weather
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Proficient with power tools and hand instruments
- Basic blueprint reading skills required
