Responsibilities
- Execute precise construction tasks including excavation, framing, concrete pouring, and finishing
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, forklifts) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and perform daily equipment maintenance
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and other trades to ensure project timelines
- Implement OSHA safety standards and participate in toolbox meetings
- Complete quality control inspections and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience or equivalent technical training
- Valid OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and perform physically demanding tasks
- Class B CDL license preferred (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong understanding of construction materials and building methods
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
