Responsibilities
- Execute precise construction tasks per blueprints and specifications
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts, jackhammers) safely
- Assist carpenters, masons, and welders on-site
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols
- Prepare job sites and manage material inventory
- Perform concrete finishing, demolition, and site cleanup
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Experience with power tools and heavy machinery
