Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with precision and safety
- Install/assemble structural components following blueprints and specifications

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years verified construction labor experience
- OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and heavy equipment operation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Knowledge of local building codes and safety protocols
