Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Operate heavy equipment safely (excavators, forklifts)
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics

- Perform quality control inspections and documentation

Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial/residential construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Class A CDL or heavy equipment operation license preferred
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in extreme weather
- Strong blueprint reading and math skills
- Pass pre-employment drug and background screening
- Texas driver's license with clean record
