Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled trades with material handling, equipment operation, and site preparation
- Perform physical labor including excavation, demolition, debris removal, and concrete finishing
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards at all times
- Operate hand/power tools safely and maintain organized job site conditions
- Complete daily documentation of tasks and material usage for project tracking
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or heavy labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-4PM)
- Basic math skills for material calculations and measurements
