Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing emergencies (leaks, clogs, water heater failures) within 2-4 hour response time
- Install/repair pipes, fixtures, and water systems in residential/commercial properties
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections for commercial clients
- Adhere to California plumbing codes and safety protocols
- Use digital dispatch tools for real-time job routing
- Train apprentices on advanced techniques (pipefitting, backflow prevention)
- Submit detailed digital reports after each service call
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on plumbing experience (residential/commercial)
- Valid California Plumbing License (C-36) required
- Backflow certification and trench safety training preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Proficient with digital diagnostic tools (pipe cameras, leak detectors)
- Excellent customer service with conflict resolution skills
- Reliable transportation + clean driving record
- Spanish bilingual a plus for diverse clientele
