Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pouring, finishing, and curing techniques
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with certified proficiency
- Install and dismantle scaffolding and temporary structures
- Read and interpret complex blueprints and technical schematics
- Perform site preparation, grading, and land clearing operations
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Maintain equipment daily and report maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years verified construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required
- Valid Oregon driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Proficiency with power tools and hand-operated equipment
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement calculation skills
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun 6AM-6PM)
