Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including concrete pouring, framing, drywall installation, and finish work
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, levels) and heavy equipment safely per OSHA standards
- Read blueprints and project specifications to ensure precise material usage
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to safety protocols
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and plumbing professionals
- Complete daily progress reports and quality checks
- Assist in material handling and inventory management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial/residential construction experience
- Valid OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- Reliable transportation to project sites across Georgia
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Experience with hand/power tools and construction materials
