Responsibilities
- Execute concrete forming, pouring, and finishing tasks per blueprints
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Install and remove scaffolding and temporary structures
- Read construction plans and interpret technical specifications
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Assist skilled trades with material handling and prep work
- Document daily progress and material usage
Qualifications
- 2+ years of construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- Class C driver's license required
- Pass pre-employment drug screening
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Flexible availability for weekend/evening shifts
