Responsibilities
- Execute precise construction tasks including concrete pouring, framing, and finishing work
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with OSHA compliance
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics for project accuracy
- Maintain strict safety protocols on all job sites
- Coordinate with supervisors and trades teams for seamless workflow
- Inspect and maintain tools/equipment daily for optimal performance
- Document progress and material usage for project reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years proven construction labor experience in skilled trades
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency with power tools and heavy machinery operation
- Ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in outdoor conditions
- Mechanical aptitude for equipment troubleshooting
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Valid Florida driver's license required
