Responsibilities
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs, drain cleaning, and fixture installations
- Diagnose complex pipe leaks, water heater malfunctions, and sewer line issues
- Install and maintain commercial plumbing systems in compliance with codes
- Provide exceptional customer service and detailed repair documentation
- Collaborate with project managers on residential new construction projects
- Train apprentices on industry best practices and safety protocols
- Manage inventory and equipment for assigned service vehicles
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid state plumbing license in Michigan or Texas
- OSHA 10-hour certification or equivalent
- Proficiency in pipefitting, backflow prevention, and trenchless technologies
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills for client consultations
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to work weekends and on-call rotations
