Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including concrete pouring, framing, and finish carpentry
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) and power tools safely
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics for project execution
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and local building codes
- Coordinate with subcontractors and supervisors to maintain project timelines
- Perform site preparation, cleanup, and material inventory management
- Maintain accurate daily work logs and progress reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction experience in skilled trades
- Valid OSHA 30 certification and CPR/First Aid training
- Proficiency with construction tools (saws, drills, levels, etc.)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Pass background check and drug screening
