Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely (e.g., saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions for precise project execution
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, roofing, and finishing tasks
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Report hazards and equipment malfunctions promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety procedures
- Willingness to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Strong work ethic with punctual, reliable attendance
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily on uneven terrain
- Team player with clear communication skills
