Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including digging, lifting materials, and operating hand/power tools
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation, demolition, and cleanup
- Follow blueprints and safety protocols on all job sites
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
- Operate machinery like forklifts, saws, and drills with proper certification
- Complete daily progress reports and material inventory tracking
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction or labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with reliable transportation
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
